1. Make a family tree

Your children might know their grandparents, but what about their great-grandparents or their great-great-grandparents? 

 

Creating a family tree can be a fun craft project where you draw a tree and name every member in each generation. It's an amazing way for children to understand their roots and learn where they come from. 

 

2. Play cards

Card games are a great way to keep children's minds and hands occupied during downtime. It can also promote friendly competition. Whether it's a classic card game like Go Fish or a more complex one like Throw Throw Avocado, there is no end to the variety of card games.
